FORMALITIES

Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to.  Late appointments may not be honoured.

We regret that if you are late arriving for your appointment the treatment will still finish at the appointment time, so other clients are not inconvenienced. If you know you are going to be late for your appointment please contact us. If you arrive later than 15 minutes after your appointment time we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the services you have booked and the appointment will be treated as cancelled without notice.

Please take care of your valuables as we cannot accept liability for their loss.

MEDICAL PRECAUTIONS

If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breast feeding or have allergies, injuries, skin complaints or infections, please discuss with your therapist (and doctor where necessary) prior to making your booking as this may affect your treatment options.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

COURSES

All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.

DEPOSITS

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Zen Wellbeing up to 28 days after purchase. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers can be purchased for any amount. We regret we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers. Valid for 3 months from purchase unless an extension has been agreed.

MOBILE PHONE COURTESY

To maintain a tranquil environment we respectfully request that you switch your phone to silent whilst in the salon.

CANCELLATION

In the event of a cancellation we ask that 24 hours notice be given. A 50% cancellation fee applies without 24hrs notice and a full charge may be incurred within 12 hours if we are unable to fill the appointment.

TREATMENTS AND PRICES

Treatments and price changes may be made without prior notice. All treatments include VAT.

DATA PROTECTION

All personal information will be collected, processed and held in accordance with the provisions of EU regulations 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and your rights under the GDPR.

COMPLAINTS

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint please let us know immediately so we can investigate promptly.
